Your role in our future

You will join a close team in which you’ll be given autonomy and have the opportunity to influence every solution implemented with clients and partners.

Working with a leading software vendor, in a mature market, as well as in an emerging CXM SaaS market which will not reach saturation for at least 5 years, you'll be supporting business at C-Level. There is lots of potential and growth in the market and it is already one of revenue leading regions for our business.

Your focus will be on delivering Quadient’s CXM solutions for both on premise and SaaS offerings, being responsible for the design and development of software solutions and working closely with the sales team, to identify external clients’ needs and business requirements.

You’ll translate such specifications into possible technological solutions, outlining project objectives, technical requirements, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates.

You will work in conjunction with the client and the development team to arrive at the recommended solution and you’ll provide direct support in meetings and presentations; presenting recommended solutions to client for validation and improvements, whilst always keeping abreast of technological developments and applications to initiate enhanced solutions



Your profile
 

You have a strong background in providing solutions consulting in the software industry, including proven experience in working for a SaaS or software vendor company in solution consulting or pre-sales.

You’re able to demonstrate a strong commercial background, you’re able to mix your strong business acumen with a good understanding of technology and software architecture.

You’ve got proven experience presenting and consulting for SaaS products or software solutions to C-Level executives, and you can demonstrate your experience of working on enterprise level projects with Systems Integrators

You enjoy communicating with pre-sales and sales regarding opportunities, and you also enjoy consulting with, and presenting to clients and global systems integrators.

You would describe yourself as autonomous and proactive, open minded, creative, technically minded, commercially focused, and you enjoy working as part of a close team.

You are fluent in both verbal and written English.
