Work Location Includes: Downey, CA 90241 and up to 20 miles into Los Angles, CA

Your role in our future

  • Install, upgrade, and service equipment onsite, including hardware and software configuration.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality.

  • Train and guide customers on proper operation, maintenance, and usage of products.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs, provide solutions, and recommend additional products or services.

  • Perform routine maintenance and manage the stock of replacement parts and tools.

  • Document technical issues for escalation and keep clients informed on progress during service calls.



Your profile

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; 2 - 4 years of electrical/mechanical repair and customer service experience.

  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

  • Effective communicator, able to interact with customers, sales, and tech teams.

  • Strong organizational skills; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites; valid driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Physically able to lift or move 55 lbs. with or without accommodation.

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$23.27-$34.90

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings.
