Your role in our future
You will be an important member of our Professional Services team, dedicated to the success of customers’ virtualization strategies and their implementations. With your colleagues you will ensure that customers successfully implement Quadient’s solutions, and as a Professional Services Consultant, you will influence the success of each implementation, forming a vital link between the customer and Quadient.
You will lead the implementation and configuration of Quadient CCM solutions, such as Inspire Flex and Inspire Evolve, collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design customized solutions that meet their needs.
You will develop and document workflows and communication templates based on best practices and industry standards, and you’ll provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including developers, and other consultants.
You will conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure the successful deployment of CCM solutions, and you will deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Your profile
- You have proven experience in implementing and configuring Customer Communication Management solutions, and you posess strong technical skills in document composition, template design, data integration, and workflow automation.
- You’ve a technical mindset; you're able to demonstrate working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages (Java), application development, databases and analytical tools and design functional specifications.
- You can demonstrate your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and your ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal team members, building strong relationships that deliver mutual benefits.
- You are independent and can demonstrate your ability, initiative and accountability, in executing broad assignments, requiring minimal direction
- You’re well organized with a healthy sense of urgency, you’re able to set, communicate, and independently solve problems and meet challenging deadlines with competing priorities.
- Although not essential, you may have knowledge and experience with the following: Container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes; DevOps tools such as OpenShift, Jenkins, Chef and Puppet; Cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform
