Production Engineer

We are recruiting for a Production Engineer to support exciting new development programmes and our on-going Production needs. Quadient Technologies is one of those rare British companies that design and support products in-house, manufacture components and build electrical and mechanical assemblies prior to shipping on to our customers around the world.

Opportunity is based out of our Loughton office.

Your role in our future

• Develop, maintain, and improve Manufacturing Processes and Controls

• Provide Technical/Engineering Support & Training

• Lead and/or support Cost Reduction programs

• Initiate and/or Support Capital Projects

• Design, implement and improve Material Storage Systems

• Initiate and/or support a culture of Continuous Improvement.

• Manage the implementation of Engineering Change

Your profile

• You have some experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Manufacturing

• You are driven, and always looking to improve

• You are a team player, with the ability to work with team members of all levels
