Quadient is looking for an International Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payrolls across multiple European countries and the UK, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
As an International Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing payroll operations and supporting HR and finance stakeholders across the business. You’ll also contribute to regional payroll projects and help optimize systems and processes in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Your role in our future:
Act as the main point of contact for payroll matters across assigned European countries and the UK.
Prepare and process monthly payrolls, including adjustments, corrections, and post-payroll activities.
Ensure compliance with country-specific legislation and company policies.
Support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle – onboarding, changes, terminations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to prepare monthly reports, financial reconciliations, and year-end statements.
Handle payroll queries from employees and provide timely guidance and support.
Participate in payroll audits and assist during inspections or internal reviews.
Stay updated on legal changes and market best practices in international payroll.
Support continuous improvement and automation of payroll-related processes.
Ensure full compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Your profile:
Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally with exposure to international payroll across multiple European countries.
Solid understanding of local labor, tax, and social security laws.
Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Excel and confident with data management and reporting.
Interest in automation and improving payroll processes.
