Your role in our future

Quadient is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Sales Analytics to lead performance reporting and deliver actionable insights for its North America Mail Solutions division. This role partners closely with executive leadership to improve decision-making, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.

  • Deliver data-driven insights to support sales performance and business goals.
  • Standardize and manage KPIs across regions to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Oversee pipeline and forecast analysis for U.S. and Canadian sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the team on global performance initiatives and reporting.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including forecasting and KPI analysis.
  • Guide change by aligning analytics with customer, employee, and financial priorities.

Your profile

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales, or operational leadership, with expertise in sales analytics within large-scale organizations.
  • Proven ability to standardize and deliver actionable KPIs, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, competitive analysis, and operational reporting.
  • Skilled in Salesforce and data analysis tools.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L data and recommend improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to articulate complex ideas effectively and foster collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.

This role is key to advancing Quadient’s performance strategy by aligning data, driving insights, and enabling smarter business decisions.

This position has a target base salary of:

$137,183.85

and annual commission target of:
