Business Manager (Hertfordshire/Essex patch)
Reporting directly into the Business Development Director (Mail Related Solutions) this role is responsible for total account management of a set number of accounts within our Hertfordshire/Essex territory.
Opportunity is remote based out of our Stratford, London office.
Your role in our future
You will have responsibility for both customer and prospect accounts while creating opportunities to supply a full product portfolio from the Quadient UK Ltd suite.
You’ll manage the entire sales lifecycle through Quadient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from inception to closing the deal.
As well as Account Management we require that new customers to Quadient are sourced through diligent prospecting on your territory.
We have an expansive range of products that includes hardware and software solutions that touch all stages of an inbound and outbound communication lifecycle.
We require the Business Development Manager to conduct multiple meetings with varying stakeholders to identify where likely solutions will fit.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work for a company that has over 1 billion customer facing communications and interactions every day with a 97% customer satisfaction rate. That’s something to be excited about!
Your profile
You have previous experience of solutions-based selling (B2B) to multiple stakeholders, with the ability to manage your own pipeline
You will have a proven track record in prospecting and sourcing new customers
You will be a self starter and have a keen interest in self improvement
You will be able to demonstrate accountability and ownership
You have entrepreneurial spirit, drive, determination, and desire to overachieve in all areas
You’re quick thinking and able to balance short term wins with long term gains
You are confident, personable and have best in class presentation, communication and influencing skills
Thinking strategically comes naturally to you
You work side by side with customers and have the ability to fully understand their business needs in order to have meaningful conversations to provide both immediate and long-term solutions
You’re an agent for change with the ability to embrace it and increase your knowledge to effectively sell an evolving product range.
Previous experience in a similar industry
