Business Development Manager (Field Sales) - London
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has the drive and determination to over achieve in their role! Reporting directly into the Business Development Director this role is responsible for total account management of a set number of accounts within the London area (between North and South London patch). You will have responsibility for both customer and prospect accounts while creating opportunities to supply a full product portfolio from the Quadient UK Ltd suite. You’ll manage the entire sales lifecycle through Quadient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from inception to closing the deal.

You have previous experience of solutions based selling (B2B) to multiple stakeholders
You have the ability to manage your own pipeline
You have entrepreneurial spirit, drive, determination and desire to over achieve in all areas.
You’re quick thinking and able to balance short term wins with long term gains
You are confident, personable and have best in class presentation, communication and influencing skills
Thinking strategically comes naturally to you
You work side by side with customers and have the ability to fully understand their business needs in order to have meaningful conversations to provide both immediate and long term solutions.
You’re an agent for change with the ability to embrace it and increase your knowledge to effectively sell an evolving product range.
