Your role in our future

Sell cutting-edge Customer Experience Management (CXM) technology to Financial Services and Insurance (FS&I) sectors across Mexico. Collaborate with presales and professional services teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction. Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development.

  • Engage with C-Suite executives to sell and negotiate solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing for qualified leads and support from R&D for innovative solutions.

  • Forecast and manage opportunity pipeline, ensuring portfolio health.


Your profile

  • Proven success in selling to C-Suite executives in banks and insurance sectors.

  • Experience in CXM, SaaS, or related software industries.

  • Track record of portfolio management, driving revenue growth.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.

  • High energy, self-starter mentality with a passion for technology and client success.
