What attracted you to come work at Quadient?

For me, it was that Quadient are a global organisation, with values that resonated with me. Once I had my first interview, I was totally sold and really wanted to join.

What makes Quadient a special place to work?
We are a community, and everyone will tell you we have a real family feel about us. Personally, I have found Quadient very flexible and supportive of my family life. I have a 3-year-old son and was able to negotiate a working pattern suited to my family on return from maternity leave, and the flexibility of remote work has really helped me find a balance.  I am proud to work here as I really believe in our values, the work we do as a community, and the experience we provide for our customers, and our candidates.

How have you grown in your role or personally while at Quadient?

I started off as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, recruiting for roles across UK and Ireland. I indicated to my manager that I was interested in a role within Talent Acquisition Operations, as I have a strategic mindset, and am very process focused, so I thought it would be where I could add value. Both my manager, and my VP really supported me to get where I wanted to be – and I have been the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead for the global TA team for the last 4 months!
