I’m passionate about everything I do and there’s a sense of purpose that I like here. My passion was always for Learning & Development. At Quadient, I’ve had so much support and encouragement to develop in my specialist area. Now, I’m part of the Talent & Diversity Center, which is a new and evolving team. As the company grows and transforms, new opportunities are appearing all of the time. 
‘Of course, everyone is different. But I don’t think I would have the recognition I’ve gained here if I had been working in a bigger company. Here, I’ve worked on projects where I have engaged directly with business leaders around the globe. I have enjoyed opportunities to gain industry accreditations and certificates, and to attend industry learning events. I’ve also been able to work flexibly, when my commitments outside work made it necessary.
