When I joined Quadient, I didn’t really know too much about the company because I was from a
different industry sector. However, there were two things that absolutely stood out for me. First of all,
the technology had
a clear edge. The second factor was the
quality of leadership.
What do you like most about working for Quadient?
‘I’ve now been at Quadient for nearly
4 years and I can confidently say that this is the
best career move I have ever made. There are great incentives, rewards and personal recognition – we have an
employee awards program called the
President’s Club and the prizes for exceptional. But to be honest, what makes Quadient special goes beyond the
rewards and recognition. There’s a strong culture here of leading people in the right direction,
investing in talent and encouraging everyone to
be passionate about what they do.
