As a Customer Care Manager, I have been empowered with the way I would like to lead my team. I have been given a good guidance on my role and after that, I get to plan my own steps for the future of the team without any restrictions. What do you love the most about your role as Customer Care Manager?
As a Customer care Manager, I get to assist in solving the technical issues faced by the Quadient’s client. As the word rightfully describes, the role is to care and support for our customer’s need and not to just deliver a service. With that in mind, our team is very focused in exceeding the customer expectations. We are invested in trying to find the best solutions for our customer rather than chasing the time for an answer.
Why does it matter to you to work somewhere that has EPIC values? Which EPIC value relates the most to you?
With more women coming contributing to the work force in past few decades, Quadient can be best represented with “empowerment” and “community” in this way. Having more women in Quadient holding up on leadership role, we cant ask for more in giving back to the ‘Community’. Besides, helping to family to grow, they are helping the community to flourish.
How does diversity of thought and experience make your work more interesting and fulfilling?
In Customer Support team, we have team members from multiple countries. Each one of them comes with different culture & background. Sometimes the way we response to a query can vary from country to country. A simple response that is workable to a person from country A can be considered as deafening for people from country B. Hence, we will need to find the most suitable words to better describe the issue and not offending the readers feelings. For this we put a lot of thoughts behind our response and get multiple opinions before sending our response. By doing this, we get to learn on each countries tradition and that is very interesting.
