What attracted you to Quadient and why do you stay?  ​​​​​​​
I had a clear goal in my career path to one day join recruitment on the corporate side. But I didn't want to do it at any cost. I wanted to join a company with values and above all ambition. After the first interview I knew that by joining Quadient I would be able to tick those boxes.

What makes Quadient a special place to work? What makes you proud to work here? 

Quadient combines individual results with teamwork and provides a great balance with personal life. Work at Quadient is very versatile and flexible. I am very proud and honored to be able to work in a company like Quadient. Thanks to the EPIC program, I can be 100% committed to my work but more importantly I can see the benefits to the company.

How have you grown in your role or personally while at Quadient? 

 Quadient has allowed me to be myself in my position and to perform in the way I want to in order to achieve my managers' objectives. For instance, I’ve started as a Talent Acquisiton Sourcer and in just a few months I became a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, recruiting for roles across France and BENELUX. On top of that : Quadient is all about sharing! The sharing and exchange of culture at Quadient provides you an incredible amount of openness for increased goodwill.
