Your role in our future

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Vendor Operations & Legal Support Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that vendor onboarding and compliance processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently across the organization.

You will work closely with Marketing, Legal, Privacy, and external vendors to coordinate workflows, manage documentation, and support compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, communication with multiple stakeholders, and working with both operational and light legal topics.

  • Manage and process vendor onboarding requests, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate
  • Coordinate workflows using tools like Asana, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Prepare and maintain documentation packages, templates, and records for vendor evaluation and approval
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Privacy, DPO) and external vendors to clarify requirements and collect missing information
  • Support compliance checks by coordinating with relevant internal teams
  • Draft and manage formal communications related to vendor onboarding and documentation

Your profile

  • Experience in operations, administration, vendor management, legal support, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience working with workflow tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with documentation, templates, and structured processes
