Your role in our future
The NORAM Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing treasury operations for the North American region, ensuring strong cash flow, effective investment strategies, and sound financial risk management. The role drives optimal use of financial resources, supports strategic planning, and leads a team of finance professionals.
- Cash Management: Monitor daily liquidity, prepare cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient working capital.
- Investments: Develop strategies for excess cash and evaluate investment options to maximize returns.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks tied to market conditions, interest rates, and currency fluctuations.
- Banking Relationships: Manage partnerships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with banking policies.
- Net Working Capital: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain strong NWC performance.
- Financial Planning: Partner with departments on budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor treasury/finance staff to drive performance and development.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in treasury, finance, or accounting with supervisory experience.
- CTP certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with financial systems and analytical tools.
