Hybrid - candidates need to reside near one of our office locations (Irvine, CA, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, Milford, CT or Boston, MA) for 2-3 days, in office.

 

At Quadient, you will help clients make meaningful connections with their customers - through better, faster communications. Our goal is to empower companies to improve business performance, with offerings from Mail and Lockers to Digital. You will thrive as a member of the Quadient sales team if you understand how important it is to focus on the client first and the product second.

 

Your role in our future

Manage financial activities for the North American region, including cash flow, risk assessment, and investment strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize returns.

 

·         Cash Management: Monitor and manage regional cash flow, prepare forecasts, and analyze reports.

·          Investment Oversight: Develop and implement strategies for optimal fund utilization, evaluate investment opportunities.

·         Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks from market fluctuations, interest rates, and currency exchanges.

·         Banking Relations: Maintain financial institution relationships, oversee banking activities, ensure policy compliance.

·         Working Capital Management: Monitor Company NWC, oversee Accounts Receivables and Payables.

·         Financial Planning: Collaborate across departments, align financial strategies with company goals, participate in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

·         Team Leadership: Mentor finance professionals, provide guidance for team success.

 

Your Profile:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

·         Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning, treasury, or accounting roles, with supervision.

·         Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus.

·         Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking skills.

·         Excellent communication, leadership abilities.

·         Proficiency in financial software and tools.

This position has a salary range of:

$81,400.00 - $122,100.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
