Quadient is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our International TA Team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, working closely with stakeholders across Europe and Rest of the Word . You’ll own full‑cycle recruitment, influence hiring decisions, and help us continuously raise the bar on how we attract, assess, and make quality hires.
What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to offer management.
- Create innovative attraction and sourcing tactics aligned with our global TA strategy.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and strong process management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Promote Quadient’s EVP and employer brand, generating interest and driving talent to our opportunities.
- Provide regular search updates, insights, and reporting to hiring teams and HR leaders.
- Continuously look for ways to optimise processes, elevate quality, and improve operational efficiency.
Your profile
What you bring
- Full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a global tech or digital‑first environment.
- Strong background recruiting digital and international profiles across multiple locations.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English. Skilled in French, German, Czech or Italian are a major plus point
- Ability to influence, advise, and build trust with leaders at all levels.
- Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
- Expert sourcing capability, including deep search and talent mapping.
- Experience with recruiting technologies (e.g., Workday, Smart Recruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- A proactive mindset, resilience, and a sense of humour — we value people who work hard and enjoy the journey!
