Quadient Ireland Sales function is the face of the company and the first interaction that our end user customers see.  We help organisations improve their communication strategies by providing both hardware and software solutions in search for efficiencies and cost savings. Our mission is to continue to sell our core products while at the same time introducing new products and services 

Your role in our future

The Strategic Operations Project Lead leads high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic initiatives for the Group (mergers & acquisitions, divestments, transformation programs). They are involved end‑to‑end, from the ideation phase through delivery and implementation, in close coordination with Executive Committee (ExCom) members.

Leading multidisciplinary and international teams, the role ensures alignment of projects with Quadient’s overall strategy and contributes directly to long‑term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with ExCom members
  • Structure and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, governance, and deliverables
  • Translate strategic vision into operational action plans supported by performance indicators
  • Identify organizational, operational, and human impacts and lead change management efforts
  • Establish performance tracking and recommend corrective actions when needed
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and internal processes
  • Anticipate and remove roadblocks, arbitrate priorities, and secure decision‑making
  • Provide regular, structured reporting to senior management and the ExCom
  • Lead multiple strategic transformation projects simultaneously
  • Recommend prioritization and arbitration of initiatives driven by the Strategic Operations team

    Your profile

    Education & Experience

    • Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university qualification)
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large‑scale strategic projects and transformation initiatives
    • Strong experience in change management
    • Proven background in management consulting and/or complex, international environments
    • Excellent ability to prepare and deliver presentations and engage with top management
    • Fluent English required; French proficiency is an asset
