Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Quadient CCM solutions, including Inspire Flex and Inspire Evolve.
  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, map processes, and design tailored solutions.
  • Create and document communication workflows and templates following industry best practices and internal standards.
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams, including developers and junior consultants.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high‑quality solution delivery.
  • Deliver client training, coaching, and handover sessions to ensure smooth adoption and long‑term success.
  • Stay current with CCM trends, emerging technologies, and Quadient product enhancements.

Your role in our future

Quadient is a global leader in Customer Communication Management (CCM), empowering organizations to streamline communication workflows and deliver personalized, consistent, and engaging customer experiences across all channels.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of our CCM solutions. In this role, you will translate client needs into scalable designs, lead template development initiatives, configure advanced CCM platforms, and guide clients and project teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

Your profile

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring CCM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in document composition, template design, data integration, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Technical proficiency with XML, XSLT, SQL, and Java-based scripting.
  • Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to drive assignments with minimal guidance and deliver reliable results.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (OpenShift, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
