Join a fast-growing region with strong revenue potential. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll deliver Quadient’s CXM solutions working closely with sales to understand client needs and design tailored software solutions.
- Your focus will be on delivering Quadient’s CXM solutions for both on premise and SaaS offerings, responsible for the design and development of software solutions, working closely with the sales team, to identify external clients’ needs and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- You will work in conjunction with the client and the development team to arrive at the recommended solution and you’ll provide direct support in meetings and presentations, presenting recommended solutions to client for validation and improvements, whilst always keeping abreast of technological developments and applications to initiate enhanced solutions.
- Stay current with technology trends to enhance solution offerings.
Your Profile:
- Experience in software/SaaS solution consulting or pre-sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of software architecture.
- Skilled in presenting to C-level executives and working on enterprise projects with Systems Integrators.
- Excellent communicator, both with internal teams and external clients.
- Autonomous, proactive, creative, and team-oriented.
