Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Professional Services Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership skills and a passion for collaboration, innovation, and delivering strategic results.
Your Role in Our Future
Serve as the day-to-day technical expert on both internal and external projects.
Collaborate with senior decision-makers to apply modern technology to solve complex business problems.
Provide project leadership and mentorship to team members.
Participate in business development activities, including product/solution presentations to potential clients.
Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing estimates.
Lead meetings with stakeholders to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and maximize outcomes.
Funnel innovation ideas to product managers for potential implementation.
Participate in ISMS and QMS audits, ensuring compliance with information security and quality standards.
Your Profile
In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, credit management, collections, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Sage, QuickBooks Online, MSBC, or other financial platforms.
Strong background in business process re-engineering and methodologies.
Proven success in leading engagements across analytics, technology, and enterprise software environments.
Ability to analyze customer needs and develop optimal, scalable solutions.
Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills—able to negotiate resources and priorities.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to combine business acumen and technical expertise.
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel occasionally (< 10%) to company offices or customer sites across the U.S. and Canada.
Remote-first role with the option to work from home.
This position has a salary range of:
$83,200.00 - $124,800.00Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
