You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Quadient’s Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, integrating them into client environments to drive technical excellence and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead on client-facing projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and design scalable solutions.
Oversee full project lifecycle—from discovery to deployment and post-launch support.
Draft technical scopes, SoWs, and solution architectures.
Deliver presentations and demos to business and technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and support internal knowledge-sharing
Required Skills & Experience
Project Leadership
Strong experience managing technical projects with external clients.
Skilled in requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and solution architecture.
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical Skills
Expertise in integrating enterprise systems using modern web protocols/APIs.
Proficient in RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML SSO.
Familiar with identity providers like Azure AD and Okta.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) for integration and deployment.
Bonus Experience
Background in CCM industry and business process re-engineering.
2+ years experience with Quadient Inspire solutions (preferred).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
This position has a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 CAD
Quadient CXM Canada, Inc. and Quadient Canada, Ltd. have standard ranges for all Canadian - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage.
