We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Services Consultant to serve as the day-to-day technical expert for both external and internal projects and engagements. This role will involve business development, client collaboration, project leadership, and ensuring compliance with security and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization, enterprise-level solutions, and Customer Communication Management (CCM) industries, specifically with Quadient Inspire products.
Your role in our future:
- Act as the technical expert on external and internal projects, providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in business development activities, including presenting products and solutions to prospective clients, preparing statements of work (SOWs), and pricing.
- Lead meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and prioritize projects to maximize business results.
- Collaborate with senior decision-makers to leverage cutting-edge technology for solving complex business problems.
- Funnel innovative concepts and ideas to product managers for potential development.
- Provide project leadership and mentoring to team members, ensuring successful project execution.
- Participate in Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) audits to guarantee compliance with quality and security standards.
Your Profile:
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering practices and methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing external and internal projects and engagements.
- Experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
- Strong skills in building and delivering impactful presentations.
- Ability to analyze customer specifications, work practices, and business needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges using business and technology expertise.
- Extensive experience in the Customer Communication Management (CCM) industry.
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant working with Quadient Inspire products and solutions.
- Ability to negotiate resources and priorities with multiple stakeholders to drive optimal business outcomes.
- Travel may be required to the company’s office in Canada and various customer sites across Canada and the United States (approximately 35%).
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire, including the following certifications:
- Inspire Designer (Basic, Advanced, and Scripting)
- Inspire Dynamic Communications
- Inspire Interactive
- Inspire Content Manager
- Inspire Scaler (Basic and Advanced)

This position has a salary range of:
$108,100.00 - $162,200.00Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
