Quadient is looking for a strategic, data-driven Integrated Performance Marketing Manager to lead demand generation across our Digital Solutions business in North America. This role is key to driving growth through integrated campaigns that support cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition.

Campaign Strategy & Pipeline Growth

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns aligned to business goals (new logo, upsell, cross-sell)
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to define goals, messaging, and audience segments
  • Own campaign performance across the funnel with clear KPIs

Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Drive pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue for Digital solutions
  • Use data to optimize conversion rates and campaign ROI
  • Align closely with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to manage lead flow and campaign impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with global campaigns to localize messaging and amplify campaigns
  • Work with Partner Marketing and Events to extend reach
  • Report performance insights to senior leaders and influence marketing investments

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, MQL-SQL conversion, and ROI
  • Apply insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Share learnings and recommendations across teams

Innovation & Growth

  • Champion new approaches in digital engagement and campaign design
  • Stay current on trends in ABM, B2B SaaS, and growth marketing
  • Lead testing and experimentation to boost performance

Your profile

  • 6–10 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated performance campaigns
  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or software environments, required.
  • Proven success in pipeline generation and commercial impact
  • Proficiency in Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and budget optimization experience
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
  • Strong alignment with Sales and SDR teams
  • Background in A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $98,400.00 - 123,000.00 - 147,600.00 CAD annually.
