Your Role

Reporting to the Global Team Lead Operations General, you will be the primary legal support for CE&I, acting as a trusted advisor to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage disputes and litigation within the region.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across multiple business lines and models (License, SaaS, Leasing, One-time sales), including complex, high-value software license agreements, services agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements, and NDAs.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales and operational teams, as well as HR, Finance, and other departments.
  • Deliver legal monitoring and internal training for commercial and operational teams.
  • Implement and develop company policies and procedures at regional level, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Support regional M&A projects and participate in global initiatives, collaborating with legal teams across regions.
  • Complete timely management reporting on deals, budgets, and litigation activities.

Your profile

  • Legal Qualification: Preferably in Germany; dual qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: 7–10 years as in-house counsel in an international IT company or corporate law firm.
  • Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills with a “win-win” approach.
  • Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, corporate governance, and IP law.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Autonomous, proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Languages: Fluent in German (native preferred) and English; Italian or Spanish is a plus.
