Join our team to help businesses streamline their Accounts Receivable processes with our cloud-based automation tools. In this role, you will:

  • Engage with back-office business prospects, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Drive business development by managing leads, collaborating with partners, and applying solution-selling techniques.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through strategic B2B prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Attend industry events to uncover new opportunities.
  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle—scheduling demos, responding to RFPs, addressing objections, forecasting deals, and ensuring smooth implementation with Pre-Sales support.

Your profile

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who:

  • Has 5+ years of success in software sales, ideally in Fintech SaaS or high-tech industries.
  • Manages full sales cycles with attention to detail and strong execution.
  • Builds trusted relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and users, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Has experience in Order to Cash, AR Automation, ERP, Treasury, or related Fintech tools—or comes from an Accounting/Finance background looking to transition into sales.
  • Understands ERP market verticals and integration strategies.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, excelling at articulating our value proposition.
  • Comfortable presenting remotely and in person.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.

This position has a target base salary of:

$120,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$126,500.00

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final base and incentive offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise.
