Your Role

Are you someone who started in hardware sales and has successfully transitioned into the digital world? Then this role is made for you. As a Business Development Specialist – Mail Solutions (f/m/d), you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation—bridging your hardware expertise with cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll lead digital strategies alongside our hardware sales team and collaborate with marketing to design data-driven marketing and sales campaigns for our digital offerings. Your hybrid background will be a key asset as you collaborate across sales, marketing, and project teams.

Your role in our future

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with the sales team supporting them in projects and closing deals in Mail Sales—focusing on hybrid solutions and digital services
  • Position digital solutions to both new and existing customers to generate new leads, and supporting global marketing and demand generation teams with their campaigns.
  • Contribute to strategic digital projects that transform our product portfolio
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop presentations, success stories, and campaign tools, helping to drive and implement digital strategies in Mail Sales—focusing on hybrid solutions and digital services
  • Create data-driven forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support sales efforts

Your profile

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role, with a strong track record in both hardware and digital solution sales
  • Strategic thinker with a digital-first mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of marketing and campaign management, particularly for digital products and services
  • Strong collaboration skills combined with excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust across teams and with clients
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
