We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Reporting Analyst / Data Auditor to support our sales organization with accurate reporting, performance insights, and data integrity checks. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable sales reports and dashboards, while also ensuring the quality and consistency of sales data across systems.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring sales performance reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, quotas).
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support sales strategy, forecasting, and territory planning.
- Audit sales and customer data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM and reporting platforms.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with Sales, IT, and Data Engineering teams.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics such as lead-to-close ratios, average deal size, sales cycle length, and rep productivity.
- Ensure alignment of KPIs with business goals and reporting standards.
- Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes, data collection methods, and audit procedures.
- Support the standardization of sales data definitions and reporting templates.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that drive performance.
- Train sales team members on how to interpret and use reports effectively.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in sales reporting, data analysis, or auditing
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sales forecasting or pipeline analytics
- Knowledge of data governance standards (e.g., GDPR)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python)

$100,000.00and annual commission target of:
