Seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales professionals, coach talent, drive consultative sales.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across software, SaaS, hardware, and services
- Use data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve processes
- Partner across departments to ensure aligned, effective execution
- Communicate clearly during change and help maintain team engagement
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team
Your profile
- 5+ years managing successful outside sales teams
- Experience with consultative selling
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Compensation package includes base (listed) + commissions
