Your role in our future

Remote with preference to candidates must be located in either Boston, Tampa or Dallas, for onsite meetings as needed. 

Parcel Pending is the leading provider of package management solutions for multifamily, residential, commercial, retail, and university properties in the United States and Canada. We deliver over 2 million packages monthly, offering a wide range of solutions that ensure the simple and secure delivery and retrieval of packages and online orders.

We offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment, and we currently have an opportunity for a Sales Manager, allowing you to make an immediate impact on our team and company.  This role is a vital component to team and organizational success.  This individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and further develop a team of up to 8 Inside Account Executives

  • Continuously recruit new Account Executives and further expand our national footprint

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly team sales goals

  • Ensure internal process, policies and procedures are adhered to by your team

  • Provide ongoing and consistent coaching, training, and development to your team

  • Provide assistance in generating customer leads, overseeing existing accounts and synchronizing the efforts of multiple sales departments

  • Develop consultative approach including discovery, solution selling and connecting the dots to solutions

  • Coach and train members of the team on sales tools and processes

  • Manage sales KPI's for individuals on the team and as a collective team unit

  • Ensure accurate information is maintained by your team in Salesforce (CRM)

  • Build, manage and forecast your own sales pipeline

  • Assist in closing large sales opportunities; handle and resolve escalated customer issues

  • Implement sales incentive programs and goals to increase employee performance

  • Evaluate processes to increase efficiencies and reduce redundancies

  • Monitor sales statistics to determine sales quota, inventory requirements and monitor customer preferences

Your profile

  • Must have multi-family experience, with deep knowledge of smart locker industry.
  • 5+ years of sales team management with proven success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively lead and mentor a successful team through a complex sale cycle and process. 
  • Experience with impactful, consultative sales strategies. Successfully analyze and solve for challenges or obstacles in the sales process.  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
