Sell cutting-edge Customer Experience Management (CXM) technology to Financial Services and Insurance (FS&I) sectors across Mexico. Collaborate with presales and professional services teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction. Manage existing client relationships and drive new business development.
- Drive sales of our leading CXM technology across Mexico, focusing on Financial Services and Insurance.
- Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Presales and Professional Services teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and manage portfolio risks.
Your profile
- Experience in CXM, SaaS, or related software environments. Proven success selling software solutions to senior executives in banking or insurance, a must.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative with a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
