We are seeking a results‑driven sales professional to grow our CXM and SaaS business within the Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I) sectors across Mexico. You will manage key client relationships, develop new business, and work closely with Presales and Professional Services to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales of Quadient’s CXM and SaaS solutions across Mexico, with a strong focus on FS&I.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Engage C‑suite executives to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Partner with Presales and Professional Services teams to support successful implementations.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and proactively manage pipeline risks.
Your profile
- Proven experience selling CXM, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Successful track record engaging senior leadership in banking or insurance (required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Self‑driven, organized, and collaborative, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
