We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Manager to lead our Sales Development tools strategy, with standardisation and consolidation as the core focus. This strategy aims to achieve efficiencies in management, cost, and operations, while leveraging AI for optimisation wherever possible. This role sits within the Marketing Operations Team, supporting the global marketing organisation, including the Sales Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Sales Development Representative (SDR) support tools, consolidating these tools based on use cases, and driving standardisation across the organisation. Strong soft skills are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams and drive SDR operations. Expertise in sales enablement and experience in marketing automation tools, including Eloqua and Salesforce (SFDC), is critical to effectively support the sales team. This person will play a key role in providing technical support for the SDR team by liaising with the MarTech, MOPS support, and IT teams

  • Manage SDR Tools: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of SDR tools to meet the needs of the sales development team, collaborating with IT and Marketing Operations.

  • Tool Consolidation: Evaluate and consolidate SDR tools based on use cases to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Standardisation: Develop and implement standard processes and best practices for SDR tools and operations across the organisation.

  • Sales Enablement Tools: Manage and optimise sales enablement tools to help the SDR team achieve their objectives.

  • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with Marketing Ops, SDR Ops, and IT to address and resolve operational issues within Salesforce (SFDC) and Eloqua affecting SDR workflows, lead routing, attribution, or campaign effectiveness.

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across different regions to ensure alignment and effective communication in SDR operations.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to SDRs to ensure proficiency in using tools and adherence to standardised processes, in collaboration with technology vendors.

  • AI Integration: Leverage AI to enhance sales and marketing activities, working with IT and SDR teams to identify suitable AI solutions for automation and optimisation.

  • Change Management & Communication: Lead communication efforts around tool rollouts, updates, and changes, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout transitions.

 

Your profile 

  • 5+ years in MarTech, RevOps, or Sales Support with a focus on tools and systems.

  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows and the role of technology in supporting sales development.

  • Hands-on experience with SDR tools, Eloqua, and Salesforce (SFDC) for tool configuration, reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Hands-on experience with SDR tools (Salesloft, Gong, etc), Eloqua, and Salesforce (SFDC) for tool configuration, reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Familiarity and knowledge of third party data tools like Congnism, Zoominfo, Lusha

  • Experience with or knowledge of AI tools to optimise sales development and marketing activities.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse tool performance and adoption trends.

This position has a salary range of $75,700.00 - 90,600.00 CAD Annual.
