Your role in our future

Sales Development Representative- Enterprise CXM (Hybrid – Tues. & Thurs. onsite – Markham, ON)

As an Enterprise SDR, you will drive pipeline growth for our CXM products by engaging with large, complex organizations through highly targeted inbound and outbound strategies. This role focuses on strategic account engagement, multi‑stakeholder conversations, and enterprise‑level deal qualification in support of our sales organization.

  • Own outbound prospecting for a defined enterprise vertical
  • Execute highly personalized, account‑based outreach
  • Qualify inbound enterprise leads by assessing business needs, urgency, and buying structure
  • Book discovery calls and demos involving multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and meet activity goals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
  • Build core business skills and explore career paths in tech

Your profile

  • Early in your career (0–3 years of experience in sales development or related client‑facing roles)
  • Experience prospecting into mid‑market or enterprise accounts preferred
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Tech-savvy and a clear communicator
  • Excited about building a career in technology

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is up to $60,800.00, CAD + commissions annually.

This role offers On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $75,000, tied to sales performance and KPI attainment.
