Your role in our future
The Regional Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing a clear, competitive marketing strategy for Quadient’s Finance Automation portfolio. This role owns product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market enablement, ensuring sales and customer-facing teams are equipped with compelling value propositions that resonate with the North American SMB market.
This position plays a critical role across the full product lifecycle from minimum viable products to mature solutions partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement teams. The focus is on empowering go-to-market teams and driving demand generation, adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional product marketing strategy aligned to global priorities and North American market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy.
- Shape clear, differentiated product positioning and value propositions for Finance Automation solutions.
- Translate product features into customer-focused benefits through strong, consistent messaging.
- Enable go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Account Management) with sales tools, battlecards, demos, and presentations.
- Lead product demonstrations and support customer-facing presentations as needed.
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute demand-generation campaigns.
- Support pricing and packaging strategy in alignment with market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Provide guidance and insight across the product lifecycle, from early-stage offerings to fully mature products.
- Act as the voice of the customer and region, ensuring feedback informs roadmap and GTM decisions.
Operational Scope:
- Manage projects and processes independently with general supervision.
- Apply broad and deep knowledge of product marketing to solve complex but not always ambiguous problems.
- Influence cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business outcomes.
- If acting as a people manager, set goals, manage performance, and support team development.
- Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by stakeholders and partners.
Your profile
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or related roles.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or finance automation solutions.
- Proven ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value.
- Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and pricing strategy.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office, enablement platforms).
