Your role in our future

We are currently looking for a QHSE Administrator to join our Compliance team and help support and grow our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) initiatives across multiple regions. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making workplaces safer and more efficient, we want to hear from you.

As a QHSE Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our QHSE systems and collaborate with teams across the UK & Ireland and Central Europe & International Operations. You’ll play a key role in compliance, audits, training, and QHSE reporting—supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term improvement initiatives.

  • Be the go-to person for internal queries related to QHSE systems and documentation.

  • Support QHSE compliance efforts and risk assessments across regions.

  • Complete customer compliance and tender questionnaires in collaboration with relevant departments.

  • Assist site teams with root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Contribute to internal audit programs and ensure proper follow-up on findings.

  • Track and report on non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and Facilities to support onboarding (equipment, training, etc.).

  • Deliver new starter QHSE inductions.

  • Help promote QHSE awareness across all teams.

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of QHSE KPIs.

  • Occasionally travel to regional sites as needed.

Your profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a QHSE, Facilities, or Compliance admin/coordinator role.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Attention to detail and pride in accuracy—even in small tasks.

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and flexibility in managing changing priorities.

  • IOSH or other Health & Safety qualifications are a plus (but not essential).

Knowledge gaps can be filled. Even if you don’t satisfy every single requirement or meet every qualification listed, we still want to hear from you.
