Your role in our future

Are you someone who enjoys combining business understanding with technology? Do you like working closely with customers and helping them see the value of a solution before they even buy it?

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to support our growing Accounts Receivable (AR) solutions business in the DACH region. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, guiding them through the early stages of their journey - from first conversation to successful onboarding.

You’ll work at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery, helping customers understand how our solutions fit into their business processes and ensuring a smooth transition into implementation

  • Partner closely with Sales to support the presales cycle for AR solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into solution value
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of value, and solution presentations
  • Guide customers through initial onboarding concepts (e.g., workflows, use cases, solution setup)
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure a smooth handover and successful go-live
  • Work with Product Management to provide market feedback and customer insights
  • Support Marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and thought leadership activities
  • Build your expertise and become a recognized subject matter expert in AR and financial automation

Your profile

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, finance processes, or financial software solutions is a big plus
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central or similar)
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to understand customer processes and challenges
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing, consultative role
  • Interest in technology and willingness to engage with technical aspects (no coding required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in German and English
