Your role in our future
Your role is a sole contributor position, in which you will build a program that aligns to the needs of the business and achieves related targets, driving organic traffic to the website, improving conversion rates and acquiring organic leads for two key business segments: Intelligent Communications Automation and Mail Related Services.
You will work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure search optimizations are tailored to regional markets in local languages. You will also be responsible for improving conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the aforementioned web properties, and ensuring we have the right tools and reporting program in place to understand the needs and behaviors of site visitors.
You will be a strategic leader, working collaboratively with peers within the corporate marketing organization (content marketing, external communications, and brand teams) as well as building strong relationships with leadership across marketing functions, including demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations.
You’ll balance strategic thinking, precise execution, deep analysis, and creative marketing, bringing novel ideas for how we can deliver more compelling experiences for our diverse client base.
Your profile
- You possess 5+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing search engine optimization programs as well as multi-language SEO programs for a large or mid-sized organization and you can demonstrate in depth knowledge of conversion optimization and SEO best practices and trends, and an understanding technical implementation.
- You have proven experience working with developers to implement technical SEO tactics, and can demonstrate you additional experience collaborating with content marketing professionals to produce SEO focused and conversion optimized content.
- You can demonstrate proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and build trust with senior-level and executive stakeholders across the organization, as well as your experience working with developers to implement technical SEO tactics, and collaboration with content marketing professionals to produce SEO focused and conversion optimized content.
- You have working experience with key SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Frase, Tableau, and testing tools like Optimizely etc and you can demonstrate a proven ability to analyze data and derive novel insights to guide strategy.
- You ‘ve developed strong organizational and time management skills, to move quickly, respond to fast turnaround times, and balance short-term needs with long term strategic goals; you work autonomously, have strong project management skills, and effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environment.
- You are a team player, eager to build a high-performance team and center of excellence, with an ability to be a player/coach, guiding and overseeing the work of project team members while simultaneously possessing the ability to take a hands-on approach when required.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit; you’re eager to build new frameworks and solutions from the ground up.
