Now, we’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our FP&A team on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. If you’re passionate about data, enjoy partnering with the business, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.
Location: Stratford, London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, Monday & Tuesday)
We are open to discussing this role on a full time basis, or will consider 4 days per week.
About the Role
As a key member of our FP&A team, you’ll take ownership of management accounting activities across Quadient UK. Your work will support senior leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities, and make data‑led decisions.
You will:
- Prepare monthly contribution statements across all sales areas
- Maintain and prepare month‑end journals for revenue and cost‑of‑sales
- Produce detailed month‑end gross margin analysis for field sales
- Analyse revenue and profit trends, offering insights and recommendations
- Respond to analytical requests from the executive team
- Support business performance improvements and development opportunities
- Maintain strong cost control through effective stakeholder management
- Contribute analytical insight to major project activities
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Planning & Analysis
- Participate in new product launches and determine correct accounting treatment across business lines
Your profile
About You
You are a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders.
You bring:
- Full qualification in ACCA or CIMA
- Strong understanding of management reporting and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly
- A track record of driving business change and performance improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and challenges
- Advanced Excel and modelling capabilities
- Ability to work across multiple IT systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence presenting financial data
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
