Your role in our future
We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused sales professional to accelerate revenue through new business development, customer retention, and renewal/upgrade engagement. In this hybrid role, you’ll balance inbound and outbound activity, build strong customer partnerships, and step in to support specialty sales teams when needed. - Engage and retain existing customers while uncovering new growth opportunities
- Qualify inbound inquiries and match customers with the right solutions
- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts and strategic partnerships
- Serve as a go‑to resource for cross‑functional sales teams
- Build strong relationships at all levels of customer organizations—including the C‑suite
- Deliver monthly performance reporting and accurate forecasting
- Drive renewal and upgrade discussions with internal and external customers
- Cross‑train with specialty teams and support during peak cycles
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
Your profile
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4+ years of inside sales experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Comfort working independently and across a distributed team
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Composure and focus in fast‑paced, high‑urgency environments

Compensation package includes: base ($55k) + commissions.
