Your role in our future
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-curious Professional Services Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who want to kickstart their career in IT consulting, customer solutions, or software delivery.
As a Professional Services Associate, you’ll work directly with clients to support the setup, integration, and deployment of Quadient solutions. You'll be part of a team that bridges the gap between technology and customer success-learning how to deliver value through hands-on experience with real-world projects.
Support all aspects of client projects: from technical configuration and customizations to communication and delivery.
Learn to understand and implement best practices to solve real customer challenges.
Collaborate with service and product teams to deliver smart, scalable solutions.
Assist in remote or on-site solution setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
Provide basic training and support to users during onboarding or rollout.
Work alongside senior consultants and grow with every project.
Your profile
University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or a related field (or a high school diploma with relevant IT experience).
Fluent English-both written and spoken.
A tech-savvy mindset with basic knowledge of scripting and logical/algorithmic thinking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A proactive, collaborative, and curious attitude.
Willingness to travel occasionally (if required).
