Your role in our future

Are you an IT graduate or early-career professional looking to start your career in a role that combines technology, consulting, and customer interaction?

We are looking for a Junior Professional Services Consultant to join our team and support the implementation of our Impress and e-Services solutions. You’ll work with modern technologies focused on digital document processing, output management, and e-invoicing, while learning how to deliver real solutions to real customers.

This role is designed for someone who has a technical foundation and is eager to grow into a customer-facing consultant.

  • Support the implementation of Impress and e-Services solutions for our customers
  • Assist with configuring workflows related to document processing and digital communication
  • Participate in customer onboarding and help with solution setup
  • Provide support to customers (with guidance from senior colleagues)
  • Work with internal teams (Consulting, Presales, Support) on customer projects
  • Learn how to translate technical concepts into business solutions
  • Continuously build your expertise and grow into a subject matter expert

Your profile

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Basic experience with programming or scripting (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
  • Interest in working with systems, integrations, and digital solutions
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical and consulting skills
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Communication skills and motivation to work with customers
  • Fluent German and English
