Your role in our future

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and coaching a team within the Byhalia Distribution Center to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations. This role drives continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing departmental processes, workflows, and controls to ensure capacity meets or exceeds operational demand. The supervisor oversees staffing, productivity, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Distribution Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance. This position also supports cross‑functional warehouse needs, maintains effective vendor relationships, and fosters a clean, organized, and customer‑focused work environment.

Your role in our future 

  • Lead, schedule, train, coach, and hold accountable all direct reports to ensure a high‑performing, safety‑focused team.
  • Manage daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with USPS, OSHA, and internal quality standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve workflows, quality instructions, and capacity planning to support operational demand.
  • Partner with the Distribution Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and the development and reporting of departmental KPIs.
  • Build and maintain effective vendor relationships, negotiate as needed, and coordinate cross‑training and backup support across warehouse departments.
  • Perform additional operational duties as required to support overall warehouse performance.

Your profile

Your profile 

  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced coursework or related certifications a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of P&L concepts, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills with a commitment to a clean, safe, and customer‑focused work environment.
