Your role in our future
Aufgabeninhalte:
- Installationen, Wartungen und Reparaturen von Frankier-, Kuvertier- und Posteingangssystemen und Druckern
- Beratung des Kunden vor Ort
- Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Veränderungsprozessen
- Eskalationsbearbeitung
- Intensive Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Generierung weiterer Aufträge

Ausbildung / Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossene, technisch fundierte Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Büromaschinen, Elektrotechnik oder Informationselektronik
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif
