Your role in our future

Candidates need to reside in the greater Boston, MA area and be available for hybrid work, to our Boston office.

Quadient is seeking a strategic leader to design and drive the operational framework that enables our Digital Product and Product Marketing teams to perform at their best. This role will shape processes, foster alignment across functions, and deliver measurable business impact through operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

  • Lead Product Operations Strategy: Build operating models connecting Product Management, Marketing, GTM, Finance, and R&D. Define KPIs and metrics for visibility and value creation.
  • Drive Program & Portfolio Execution: Oversee major cross-functional initiatives, manage risks, and implement dashboards for data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with Executives: Act as a trusted advisor, prepare executive-ready content, and facilitate strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Enable Efficiency & Innovation: Introduce AI-driven processes, optimize tools, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Foster Collaboration: Strengthen communication and alignment across Engineering, Sales, CX, Finance, and Operations.

Your profile

  • 12+ years in enterprise transformation, product operations, or program management within SaaS/digital businesses.
  • Proven success partnering with senior leadership and driving global strategic initiatives.
  • Expertise in operational design, KPI frameworks, and digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and executive storytelling skills.
  • Experience with AI adoption and process automation.
  • (Preferred) Background in SaaS domains like workflow digitization or customer communications; MBA or advanced degree.
