Your role in our future

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the PLS Sales & Operations organization. You will leverage advanced analytics, reporting, and emerging AI technologies to deliver accurate data, meaningful insights, and forward-looking recommendations that drive business performance. By combining strong technical skills with deep business acumen, you will influence key decisions, support financial forecasting, and help optimize revenue, cost, and operational efficiency across the organization

What you’ll do: 

  • Produce accurate, timely recurring reports and build new reporting as business needs evolve.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across Sales & Operations.
  • Write and execute MySQL queries to extract, validate, and manipulate data from multiple systems.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, enhance analysis, and uncover advanced insights.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of revenue drivers, cost structures, and operating expenses to support forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct creative ad hoc analyses and partner with Finance to update forecast models, investigate variances, and refine assumptions.

Your profile

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in sales, finance, or operations, including 3+ years in sales/operations analysis with strong trend‑identification skills.
  • Deep proficiency with Salesforce, MySQL, and working knowledge of Python for data and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, with proven skill in extracting and integrating data from multiple systems.
  • Highly organized working style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • (Bonus) Master’s degree in a related field and/or experience in outside or B2B sales.
