Your role in our future

In charge of licensing and support. Leads the support teams, which report to the regional Customer Care Centre; builds the local support team and leads them in their day-to-day tasks and is the first point of contact within the team. This role can exist in every subsidiary that has a support team (also known as 1st level support).
