We’re looking for a Professional Services Consultant with strong problem-solving and technical skills to help clients design, build, and deliver solutions using Quadient’s Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform, Quadient Inspire.
Your role in our future
In this hybrid technical and consultative role, you will work primarily within the Quadient Inspire suite to implement communication workflows, data integrations, and document designs that connect seamlessly with client systems. You’ll collaborate with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of solution delivery—from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Configure and extend solutions using the Quadient Inspire suite (Designer, Automation, Scaler, Interactive, and related modules).
Integrate Inspire-based solutions with client systems and data sources.
Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured CCM implementations.
Support documentation, testing, and troubleshooting during and after project delivery.
Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives.
Your profile
Project Delivery
Experience contributing to technical projects involving client interaction and requirements gathering.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks across multiple projects.
Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Technical Skills
While much of your work will take place within the Quadient Inspire platform, success in this role depends on a solid foundation in modern software and integration practices, including:
Understanding of data structures, transformation, and integration concepts.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication standards such as OAuth2 or SAML-based SSO.
Exposure to web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript) and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with DevOps or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an asset.
Experience with document composition, workflow automation, or CCM platforms is a plus.
Other Qualifications
Experience with Quadient Inspire or similar CCM platforms (e.g., OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications) is an advantage.
Exposure to business process automation or digital communication projects preferred.
A collaborative mindset with curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in software implementation, integration, or consulting roles.
