Your role in our future

As an Information Security Analyst, you’ll work cross-functionally across Quadient to ensure our infrastructure, systems, and people are protected from modern cyber threats. You will be a key player in threat detection, response, and risk management - while also guiding global security policies and contributing to strategic decisions.

  • Support deep analysis and complex remediation of detected threats and security incidents

  • Conduct risk assessments for suppliers and strategic projects; define and follow up on mitigation plans

  • Enhance monitoring and detection capabilities to improve threat visibility and response

  • Provide expert-level guidance to internal teams on security policies, standards, and best practices

  • Lead awareness and training initiatives to strengthen security culture

  • Participate in maintaining and updating internal security policies and IT standards

  • Oversee audit findings and lead continuous improvement activities related to security

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/security, with at least 2 in a similar role

  • Proven ability to detect and remediate threats across websites, networks, and endpoints

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead IT or security-related projects

  • Hands-on experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); strong communicator across business levels

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities

  • Ability to travel internationally on occasion
