Position Summary

Join our global E-commerce team and take the lead in driving strategic partnerships and affiliate programs that fuel user acquisition and drive loyalty for our Lockers business in Japan. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will shape loyalty and reward programs, e-commerce partnerships, and affiliate marketing to accelerate acquisition, strengthen retention and drive adoption of our solutions.

What you will do

Shape and execute an E-commerce partnership strategy and related programs that unlock new customer acquisition channels, strengthen retention, and fuel business growth  in Japan Forge strategic alliances and develop new business models with e-commerce marketplaces, loyalty programs, and affiliate networks to expand market reach and maximize growth potential Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that maximize value and drive sustainable business growth Develop and execute high-impact partner and affiliate marketing campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and strengthen retention Build and scale an effective affiliate marketing ecosystem by recruiting top-tier affiliates and continuously optimizing channel performance for maximum impact Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies, maximize results, and continuously improve partnership effectiveness Partner with cross-functional teams to craft integrated business strategies and compelling customer-centric offers that drive engagement and adoption

Your Profile:

  • Ability to navigate and lead cross-functional collaborations, translating business objectives into actionable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of Japanese market dynamics and business culture
  • Advanced level of Japanese and English (written and spoken)
  • In-depth understanding of Japan’s loyalty programs, digital commerce landscape, and customer engagement strategies
  • Track record of successfully scaling affiliate programs, from recruitment and onboarding to performance optimization
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing high-impact partnerships, driving mutual growth and engagement
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, , affiliate marketing within the e-commerce sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, , affiliate marketing within the e-commerce sector
