What You’ll Do
- Build your own market:
You’ll identify and win new enterprise clients through smart market analysis, proactive outreach, and creative networking. You’re not just selling—you’re building. - Grow strategic accounts:
You’ll nurture relationships with key decision-makers, guiding them through the full sales cycle and unlocking long-term value. - Consult and solve:
You’ll understand your clients’ challenges and position tailored solutions from our portfolio in Customer Communication Management (CCM) and digital transformation. - Pitch with impact:
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Consulting to deliver compelling demos and solution proposals—virtually or in person. - Close deals, grow income:
You’ll lead negotiations, close contracts, and build lasting partnerships. Your success is your reward. - Shape the strategy:
Stay ahead of market trends, share insights, and help refine our go-to-market approach.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to grow
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
- A drive to succeed—independently and as part of a team
- Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to make an impact
