  • Oversee portfolio tracking, operational performance management, and executive‑level insights.
  • Develop and drive the knowledge strategy and execution across the broader Talent team, ensuring that knowledge and best practice are documented, lessons learned are captured and that all policy and process documentation is updated and version controlled.
  • Own budgets, vendor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and P&L for the programmes.
  • Manage and run RFP processes from requirements to vendor selection.
  • Ensure processes, templates, and programme standards are consistent across all areas.
  • Lead the data strategy for Talent, collaborating with HR to define KPIs, standards, governance and management to ensure quality, consistency and accurate data usage across the People function.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and specialist teams across build/run activities.

  • Deep understanding of knowledge management, process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma or similar).
  • Strong people leadership, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change‑leadership capabilities.
